A workshop aimed at enhancing leadership by developing and motivating team members.
Using entirely practical exercises, we work on an analysis of the participant's strengths and weaknesses as a leader. We develop techniques to develop members of the team, how to communicate better, correct effectively, give motivating feedback, to adapt leadership style to each employee and how to use the full potential of the team by delegating.
This workshop usually runs for two days, but can be adapted according to specific needs.

We learnt about different leadership styles, and studied techniques to enhance each style. The main benefit being knowing how to choose an appropriate leadership style for different situations, improve team performance thanks to greater employee engagement, and especially by promoting a good working environment, which is just so important in our day to day lives.
